South Korean mystery drama Misty: How to get away with ambition

Misty follows a news anchor who refuses to let a murder case disrupt her career plans

A dead man is found in the first minute of Misty, at the scene of an apparent car crash on a snowy night. But what follows in the South Korean mystery is not so much a "whodunnit" as a "whocares", with regard to him.

Instead, the show is devoted to a formidable woman, news anchor Go Hye Ran (Kim Nam Joo), who finds herself to be a prime suspect in the case at an inconvenient time, just as she is plotting a delicate career transition to politics.
