Locally produced festivals and events took place this past weekend in Singapore, with the debut of dance music festival Legacy and indie music festival The Alex Blake Charlie Sessions, as well as the second edition of street culture convention Culture Cartel.

But, while they catered to different interest groups, perhaps it was one event too many.
