Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is bringing home memories of her visit this week to Singapore, not just of local delicacy chilli crab but also of a special visit to Marina Bay Sands' famous Infinity Pool.
The Hollywood star dazzled onlookers at the hotel, as she posed for a gravity-defying photo shoot, suspended on a British Airways Club World seat in the middle of the rooftop pool, says a statement.
Her visit here is to launch the airline's new Airbus A380 flights to Singapore.
She flew here from Los Angeles.
In the photo, she wears a teal dress by British designer Safiyaa and heels by stylist Jimmy Choo, according to the statement.
She says she jumped at the chance to do the launch as "Singapore has always been a top destination on my wish list."
"I'm glad to finally have a photo of myself in the famous infinity pool," she says.
"I'm a big fan of the local cuisine here, especially the chilli crab, and I've really enjoyed exploring the city and trying the amazing variety of food on offer. There's still so much that I want to visit here and I look forward to returning!" she adds.
