CHEZ DAMIER
House music fans can look forward to Chicago dance music legend Chez Damier, who is making an appearance at club Kyo this weekend.
Damier, considered a pioneer in the electronic music and Detroit underground music scene, is responsible for some of the best-loved tracks in the soul house and tech house genres. They include the hits Sometimes I Feel Like, Can You Feel It and Close. He will be supported by veteran local DJ Godwin P.

NOISE SINGAPORE: THE MUSIC MENTORSHIP CONCERTS
Eighteen budding home-grown music acts, such as Hubba Bubbas and 2Halfs, will showcase their music this weekend, following a four-month mentorship with leading musicians and producers in the local music scene such as Don Richmond and Daniel Sassoon.
These young artists, part of the Noise Singapore's music mentorship programme, will perform their polished tunes, covering a range of genres from soul to alternative rock to pop.

MANSION PRESENTS DISPATCHED FEATURING APOCALYPTO
He may be only 18 years old but Melbourne-based DJ and producer Mitch Thomas aka Apocalypto is already fast gaining recognition in the dance music scene. His melodic, electro-house tunes are topping the charts of online dance music store and website Beatport, and he has the endorsement of respected British musical tastemaker Pete Tong.

KU DE TA: ENTER THE DRAGON
Rooftop restaurant and club lounge Ku De Ta rings in its fourth anniversary with a massive celebration that pays tribute to the martial arts films of Hong Kong, which will be the next city launching a Ku De Ta outlet. Boogie to the tunes of DJ Earworm, the San Francisco-based DJ known for his mash-ups of the hottest chart-toppers, and Ku De Ta resident DJs Joshua P, Ya5th, Ramesh, Suren and Deepak.
