SINGAPURA DUB CLUB - JAPAN EDITION
Papa U-Gee is one of Japan's most prominent reggae artists who has been active for the last 25 years.
His headlining set will be supported by fellow Japanese act, DJ and MC Yooh the Vibration, rapper Masia One + The Irietones as well as the Ragga Wacka Dancehall Dancers, DJs Ken and Rumshot from Dub Skank'in Hifi.
Miyo, also known as Black Cat, will host the proceedings. Papa U-Gee will also do a meet-and-greet and acoustic set at Straits Records (24A Bali Lane) tomorrow

ANIMAL FACES VOL. 2
One of Malaysia's brightest sparks in its post-hardcore scene, Killeur Calculateur are back with a new album, Book Of Flags. The band are playing here as part of a tour in support of the release. Also on the bill are a rare appearance by home-grown screamo/emo-violence pioneers Kindred, as well as shoegaze outfit Stellarium and black-clad punk quintet Daily Ritual.

GLENN TILBROOK (SQUEEZE) LIVE AT HERO'S!
Fans of new wave and power-pop rejoice: Glenn Tilbrook from British band Squeeze is back for a solo show here. Famed for the catchy hits Up The Junction, Cool For Cats and Labelled With Love, the singer-guitarist has been actively making music in the past three decades as a singer-songwriter and with his bands Squeeze and The At Odds Couple. Expect him to play tunes off his latest solo album, Happy Endings, too.

BILL CALLAHAN LIVE IN SINGAPORE WITH LESLIE LOW
American singersongwriter Bill Callahan plays his first gig in Singapore, the only regional stop in his current tour. Also known by his stage name Smog, the prolific lo-fi stalwart and author is best known for songs such as Rock Bottom Riser, Riding For The Feeling and Night. He will be accompanied by guitarist Matt Kinsey. Home-grown singer-songwriter Leslie Low from The Observatory is the supporting act.

Hoobastank may be best known for their modern rock radio staple The Reason, but the American band have a lot more to offer. They celebrate their second decade as a group this year and you can surely expect fresh tunes off their sixth and most recent album, Fight Or Flight, at the show.
