Taiwanese indie band No Party For Cao Dong won big at the Golden Melody Awards last year, picking up gongs for Best New Artist and Best Musical Group. The rockers also took home the trophy for Song Of The Year for Simon Says, off their debut album The Servile. Expect them to be anything but docile in their live performance though.

FIRST 10 YEARS
Singapore-born singer-songwriter Imran Ajmain's debut radio single was Sudah Tu Sudah in 2006. He has since released four albums, with a fifth in the pipeline. The Kuala Lumpur-based artist will be performing soulful Malay ballads and new songs at his homecoming gig.

Tarakucha!, a band which play jazz with a Malaysian twist, are the brainchild of Malaysian singer and actor Sean Ghazi (above). They celebrate the country's musical heritage with songs by the likes of P. Ramlee and Sudirman. The concert features supporting vocals by actress-singer Ida Mariana (below).

ASH - LIVE IN SINGAPORE
Northern Irish band Ash (above) are probably best known for their power pop hits like Girl From Mars, Kung Fu and Burn Baby Burn. Their most recent album is islands (2018), which music website New Musical Express hailed as being "as ferocious and catchy as ever".
