SEOUL • South Korea's top actress Gianna Jun is expecting her second child in January, said her agency Culture Depot.

"Gianna Jun visited the hospital last week and learnt that she's 10 weeks pregnant," the agency was quoted as saying by Yonhap News Agency.

Jun, 36, is married to banker Choi Jun Hyeok, grandson of hanbok designer Lee Young Hee and son of fashion designer Lee Jeong Woo.

The couple's first child, a son, is 16 months old.

The actress shot to stardom with the 2001 movie My Sassy Girl.

After her marriage, she remained sought-after, starring in hit Korean dramas My Love From The Star and Legend Of The Blue Sea.
