If ever proof was needed that motoring show Top Gear has an international reach, the evidence arrived when the three-man cast was filming in Ethiopia.

The two celebrity presenters - television personality Paddy McGuinness and former England cricketeer Freddie Flintoff - were playing table football with the show's car journalist Chris Harris.
