SINGAPORE - Danish pop-soul trio Lukas Graham's breakout song 7 years was one of the top 10 best-selling tracks worldwide in 2016. It garnered three Grammy nominations - for Record of the Year, Song of the Year and best pop duo/group performance.

For a track that has gotten so much attention around the globe, it started out as something very personal.
