Russell Crowe asked co-star Naomi Watts in TV miniseries The Loudest Voice for permission to touch her before shooting harassment scenes

In the television miniseries The Loudest Voice, actor Russell Crowe plays a powerful executive who preys sexually on an employee, played by Naomi Watts.

In depicting the true story of sexual harassment, physical contact between the actors is necessary and expected, says Watts, but Crowe took nothing for granted.
