Taiwanese singer-songwriter Bobby Chen Sheng released his first album, The Crowded Playground, in 1988 and continues to put out new music in his inimitable mix of sharply observed lyrics and distinctively homely vocals. His latest record, Do You Still Remember? (2015), is a rumination on memory and the comforts it offers.

CIAO TURTLE EP LAUNCH
Home-grown duo Ciao Turtle stick their necks out with the launch of their debut self-titled EP. The five tracks in genres such as pop and funk are written by Dennis Ng (left) and Jared Chan (right). They include the singles When The Stars and I'm Out.

In China in the 1940s, the biggest names in entertainment were collectively known as the seven great singing stars.
The line-up included Zhou Xuan (left), Bai Guang (right), Yao Li and Li Xianglan. Their classic songs from Shanghai Night to Rose Rose I Love You will be performed by singers from Singapore and Malaysia at this show.
