HBO Asia's horror anthology Folklore will feature myths from countries such as Indonesia, Japan and Malaysia

In Korea, there is a folk belief that men who die without marrying come back as angry ghosts.

These bachelor spirits, called mongdal, popped into the head of South Korean film-maker Lee Sangwoo when he was invited to create an episode for HBO Asia's horror anthology Folklore.
