Cast of Netflix series Money Heist wants to use heist money to cure coronavirus

SINGAPORE - The cast of the breakout hit Money Heist - a Spanish Netflix crime series about a group of bank robbers - say that if they pull off a bank heist in real life, they will donate the money to the ongoing coronavirus fight around the world.

In a video conference interview with regional media for Part 4 of the series, which was released on Netflix on April 3, leading man Alvaro Morte, 45 says: "Given what is happening right now, I'll put all that money to finding a vaccine to the coronavirus. I'll also like to use it to open up borders and bring some dignity to refugees."
