Poster blunder sparks outrage in HK

A poster for the upcoming Hollywood sci-fi movie Arrival that mistakenly features Shanghai's Oriental Pearl Tower in Hong Kong's skyline was taken down from the film's official Facebook page yesterday after sparking outrage and ridicule. The error sparked a torrent of comments on social media under the hashtags #HongKongisnotChina and #HongKongindependence.

The poster was replaced by a message blaming a "third-party vendor" for the gaffe.
