More than 100 films to slug it out for Chinese market

More than 100 domestic and foreign films will vie for business in the lucrative Chinese market from next month to August.

Hollywood movies Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom and Mission: Impossible - Fallout will slug it out with homemade releases such as Detective Dee: The Four Heavenly Kings, helmed by Hong Kong action director Tsui Hark, and Zhang Yimou's Shadow.

Odesza to play in Singapore

Grammy-nominated American electronic dance music duo Odesza, known for songs such as Say My Name and Sun Models, will play their first show here at The Coliseum,Hard Rock Hotel Singapore on July 20. Tickets, starting at $88, go on sale to Live Nation members tomorrow and to the public on Friday.
