Former Paramount head dies
Brad Grey, the former talent agent who led Paramount Pictures for 12 years before his ouster in February and produced the groundbreaking television series The Sopranos, died on Sunday at his home in Los Angeles. He was 59. The cause was cancer, his family said.
His death shocked the movie capital, where people were awaiting word of his next professional chapter. He had been the longest-tenured head of a major Hollywood studio before he left Paramount.
