Coldplay to perform at free show in India

Rockers Coldplay will play their first show in India in a free performance as the anti-poverty Global Citizen Festival last Friday announced an expansion. The festival, which said it would release further details today, confirmed Coldplay's participation and said the Nov 19 show in Mumbai would be free.

Manganiello to play Deathstroke

Joe Manganiello will play deadly assassin Slade Wilson/Deathstroke in future DC Comics-inspired movies, notably in Ben Affleck's first solo Batman movie. Manganiello made it official with the tweet of a Wall Street Journal story in which DC Entertainment president Geoff Johns confirmed the casting. Manganiello was once in contention to play Superman in Man Of Steel (2013), a role that eventually went to Henry Cavill.
