SINGAPORE - After a 2017 horse riding accident left him with multiple fractures in his pelvis, Hong Kong actor Andy Lau worried he would never be able to stand again.

Thrown off a horse during a shoot for a tea commercial, he spent almost two months in hospitaland was out of action for more than six months.
