SINGAPORE - One of the most notorious cold cases in South Korea - the chilling Hwaseong serial rape and murder cases which claimed 10 female victims between 1986 and 1991 - may have just been solved.

Earlier last month, Lee Choon-jae, currently serving a life sentence for another rape and murder, was identified by South Korean authorities as a suspect based on DNA evidence.
