NEW YORK - A funny thing happens at a recent press day for the con man movie The Good Liar: the interviews run on time.
This almost never happens at these events, but the reason becomes clear when the film's stars, Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen, begin speaking to reporters at the hotel in SoHo, New York: the pair are punctual to a fault, Mirren at one point even ushering a still-chatting McKellen off to their next interview so as not to disrupt the day's schedule.
