Instagram fitness star Kelsey Wells, 29, says exercise is not about purging the guilt of overeating, but taking care of one's health

The secret is that there really is no secret. I take a very holistic approach to self-care. For me, it is about feeling strong and powerful from the inside out.

I always try and view my body from a place of positivity and appreciation, which helps me prioritise my exercise and incorporate the right foods into my day.
