Don't let anxiety rule your life

Anxiety disorders are common today, but people can keep them at bay with a healthy diet, an active lifestyle and realistic expectations

Ms Tan (not her real name), 32, has consulted me on numerous occasions in the past few years for various complaints, including episodes of chest pain, breathlessness, muscle ache and poor sleep.
