Plant-based meat brands such as Impossible Foods, Beyond and Quorn have made quite a splash in the food scene over the past seven months.

Not only are these alternatives available at high-end establishments, but they have also gone mainstream, infiltrating mid-range restaurant chains and cafes, and invading supermarket shelves too.
