It is about maintaining a balanced diet and regular workout routine; staying happy and positive; and appreciating every moment every day, particularly after I survived colorectal cancer.

It was my wife who noticed there was blood in the toilet bowl after I cleared my bowels. I went to a polyclinic and the doctor ordered a stool test.
