Preludio, the month-old modern European restaurant in the new Frasers Tower opposite Amoy Street Food Centre, is a rather unknown entity to diners here.
It is not opened by an established restaurant group and not many people would know of chef Fernando Arevalo, even though he had worked with Daniel Boulud's DBGB Kitchen in New York and Mario Batali's Carnevino in Hong Kong.
