Culture Vulture: The missing link

Having panels and captions to convey information about artworks is old-fashioned in this digital age, but it is still effective in helping viewers appreciate art better

Art is hard enough without logistics getting in the way.

That was my wry thought last week when I was struggling to identify the plants in Charles Lim's new installation on the roof of the National Gallery Singapore.
