Singer, poet and performer Pooja Nansi on her one-woman show in episode 2 of That's Life

On this episode of That's Life, a new podcast by The Straits Times, host Lydia Vasko speaks with Singaporean singer, poet and performer Pooja Nansi.

Best known for her best-selling poetry collection Love Is An Empty Barstool, Ms Nansi talks about her latest work, a one-woman show called You Are Here which she recently performed at the Esplanade Theatre.

In it, she weaves family stories with her experiences growing up in Singapore as the daughter of Indian immigrants, in an effort to uncover what home means to her.
