The National Gallery Singapore offers an embarrassment of riches in terms of artworks and space. But trying to find the art amid the 64,000 sq m sprawl of the institution can be a challenge.

Dr Bridget Tracy Tan said of the venue, located at the former Supreme Court and City Hall buildings: "As a building, it's so difficult to navigate. It is a building where they don't think about how people are supposed to walk around.
