Rex Shelley's The Shrimp People

As part of the How To Fall In Love With Classics (Novels) series, poet Gwee Li Sui examines Rex Shelley's The Shrimp People (1991) for its historical and literary significance. The first volume of a fiction quartet based on the lives of Singapore's Eurasians, it traces the lineage of Portuguese Eurasians and focuses on the Rodrigues family in the 1950s and 1960s.

Mozartian Experience

Vocal Traditions Of India

Pictures At An Exhibition: Ng Geok Seng
