Singaporean watercolourist Ong Kim Seng has won his ninth award from the renowned American Watercolor Society and is the only Asia-based watercolourist to have bagged this many accolades.

In 2000, he picked up the Dolphin Fellowship by the society for winning five awards - already a notable achievement.
