A fair world for arts freelancers

New: Gift this subscriber-only story to your friends and family

No date has been given for the completion of the centre, which is likely to be digital and physical. Even an online resource centre is much needed, given that 47 per cent of the arts professionals here work on a freelance basis, according to the National Arts Council's Arts and Culture Employment Study 2016.
