Who: Penelope Lim, 27, an audiologist, moved to Rotorua, New Zealand, in January 2016 when she got a job there. She lived in Rotorua for two years before moving to Auckland recently. She fell in love with New Zealand after a trip to the South Island in 2014.

Destination: Rotorua is a smelly little town in New Zealand's North Island that has sulphurous hot pools that steam up the air. It also has Maori culture and a lot of outdoor activities.
