A CEO's simple life in an HDB flat

I am a chief executive officer in the field of medical technology who lives in an HDB flat, gets around by public transport and adores staycations in Singapore.

As an impressionable young man, I came across American writer Henry David Thoreau's Walden. What persuaded me greatly in his book was the message of living a simple life and not being a slave to wealth, possessions or work.
