SINGAPORE - In the coming months, non-production workers from 3M here will be able to work anywhere they want, any time they want.

The tech giant's Work Your Way programme, which launched globally in August, is an expansion of its flexible work policies since 2015, says Mr Kevin McGuigan, vice-president and managing director of 3M SouthEast Asia Region and its country leader of Singapore.
