THAILAND – After some 150 trips to Bangkok over the past 30 years or so, I have eaten many times my body weight of the city’s street food.
I comb through every edition of the Michelin Guide, dig up Bangkok-based YouTuber Mark Wiens’ earlier guides and offer to bring back a free supper for hotel receptionists if they divulge their favourite food stalls.
