SINGAPORE - Little India has, arguably, the best lights display out of all the festive decor that goes up in the various neighbourhoods over the year.
The Indian Heritage Centre has organised the best way to see the lights as part of its Deepavali celebrations: In a zippy 15-minute ride in a trishaw.
