IPOH – Previously, nobody knew the location of the house in Ipoh where Major-General Lim Bo Seng lived undercover during World War II, but it took war historian Gary Lit less than a week to track it down.

Dr Lit, 65, is a retired academic from Nanyang Technological University who has been conducting non-profit tours of WWII sites in Malaysia for students and the public for the past seven years.
