Singapore is now on France's "green" list, with vaccinated travellers allowed to travel there freely. But leisure travel is still quite unlikely as returning Singaporeans are subject to a 14-day stay-home notice.
My husband is French and we have not returned to Paris with our two young daughters for a couple of years. Like us, if you cannot hop onto a plane, you can still experience France in Singapore.
