SINGAPORE – Ms Ho Su Mei never expected it would be Jellycats that would make her go viral online.

The 42-year-old founder of Sea Apple was recently overwhelmed by walk-in shoppers, after videos showing that one could customise the popular British soft toy brand’s bunny plushies at her store circulated on the internet.
