SINGAPORE – Back in December, while the rest of Singapore was busy gearing up for the year-end holidays and festive season, fashion designer Ann Teoh was snagging a prize for the country in Bangkok.
The Singaporean couturier came in third at the inaugural Thai Silk International Design Contest, held during the third Thai Silk International Fashion Week from Dec 7 to 11.
