From shorts on Indiegogo to Orchard Road store: Singapore activewear brand Kydra plays to win

SINGAPORE – When Mr Jimmy Poh and Mr Wong Dingyao, both 30, started home-grown activewear brand Kydra five years ago, their intention was to create functional sports shorts for men.

The two men ended up designing sports bras and diving deep into the women’s athleisure market, after their female friends asked for gear.
