SINGAPORE – As Chinese New Year approaches, many homes are in full spring-cleaning mode – shelves wiped down, wardrobes purged and drawers reorganised.
But amid the dusting and decluttering, there is one object that often escapes scrutiny, despite being used on the face almost daily: the make-up brush.
