SINGAPORE - Looking at Ms Shih Yu-chen now, you would never guess she felt ugly growing up.
It was a long time before she came to fully embrace and love her skin tone, the radiant 29-year-old founder of Orce Cosmetics admits. But it was also what nudged her to eventually create her brand.
