SINGAPORE – Mr Jean-Sebastien Choo is 28 and lives in a village in Bali.
There, he spends his days growing his own food, such as papaya, strawberries, lettuce and tomatoes, and working on his art pieces. He likes surfing, playing on the beach, hiking and visiting waterfalls.
