SINGAPORE – Have you ever taken a discreet sniff of yourself before an important meeting or interview? Then you would understand why a 23-year-old sought help at the National Skin Centre for excessive sweating and body odour.
Dr Jessica Lee Ling Jing, associate consultant at the centre, says the patient, a recent graduate, was worried that his condition would be interpreted as a sign of poor hygiene or laziness, and affect his job prospects.
