"There is a saying in the local cycling community - 'Cannot ride never mind, must look good!'" jokes Mr Andy Goh, 38, founder of custom bicycle wheel-building service, Wheel Angel.

While he is able to customise the aesthetics down to the colour of the hubs, spokes and decals to make his customers look good, he is most concerned with building bespoke wheels that optimise riding performance.
