SINGAPORE – Subaru first announced its Solterra electric crossover nearly five years ago, and it has taken that long for the Japanese manufacturer to launch the model here.
In fact, it has taken so long that the car here is a midlife facelift with substantial changes to its battery, motors, chassis and design.
