SINGAPORE – Two weeks ago, automotive tycoon Karsono Kwee of Eurokars Group showed off two floors he leased to house his used-car business – with one floor devoted to BMW – at 7 Kung Chong Road.
Spanning 10,600 sq ft, the rented space is next to his newly opened $115 million headquarter complex, which has two floors dedicated to BMW.
