Miss Earth Indonesia 2025 Putri Andriani Juficha has died at the age of 25. Her death was announced on what would have been her 26th birthday on Aug 15.
The organisation of Miss Grand Indonesia, where Juficha previously competed, confirmed her death through a statement on its Instagram page.
The cause of death was not immediately disclosed.
“With deepest sorrow, the Miss Grand Indonesia Organization mourns the passing of Putri Andriani Juficha, runner-up Miss Grand Indonesia 2025,” it said.
Paying tribute to Juficha, it wrote: “You were more than a title holder. You were part of our Grand family, a beautiful soul whose grace, strength and spirit touched so many hearts.”
“Although your journey with us has come to an end far too soon, the memories, love and light you shared will forever remain in our hearts,” it continued. “May you rest peacefully in the embrace of the Almighty, and may your beautiful soul find eternal peace.”
The organisation also offered prayers and a message of comfort to Juficha’s family. “Rest in peace, Putri. You will always be a part of our Grand family,” it added.
