We don't have a helper, and it's hard to get the kids to help out, so it would be nice to be able to send them to a boot camp for chores

Once, I had a fantasy. That I could send my kids to a Housework Academy.
Just like sending them for enrichment classes, they would develop respect for the importance of housework and life skills which, come to think about it, are critical and which they would likely require more than piano or art or gymnastics.
